This is my third time attending the prefect marching practice. However, my duty this year has shifted from a participant to a trainer, or you may say, a host. It is a challenging task for me as I have never held such an enormous activity before. Although organizing the activity is exhausted, it gives me a chance to hone my communication skill with different people. I must do my very best to make sure all the procedure are arranged smoothly so that no chaos will happen. Luckily, no man is an island. Thanks to the prefect committee, they are so supportive and always lend me a helping hand promptly.

Furthermore, I’m so satisfied and delighted to see all the participants enjoying the games we prepared. I will never forget their smiley faces whenever they finish a task. Plus, I’m more than happy to go through all the tough marching practice with them. It reminds me of all the ups and downs I’m about to go through in the upcoming academic year. Only when I have courage and prepare myself can I grasp the opportunities timely and embrace the uncertainties.
