2015.08.17~18 領袖生訓練營

When I recieved the notice that prefect team was going to have an overnight training camp, cooking our own dinner and sleeping in tents were totally not what I had experienced. I expected the annual training camp to be team building and leadership training. The camp was truly an amazing and intimidating experience. I'm pretty sure that most members of the prefect team have not camped out in a tent before the camp, and not to mention having to only fed on potatoes.

Personally, I've grown a lot after being in the camp. I learnt practical skills such as building a tent and starting a fire with materials from the nature. After the camp, I am definitely more equipped, both mentally and physically, in being a leader and taking the key of getting a team of people to work well. Moreover, I learnt about the qualities a leader ust pocess, such as a calm mind and being care for others.

In whole, I definitely benefited from the camp, and I do reckon I'm not the only one who have grown. This camp was by far one of the most eye-opening camp I have ever been to. I'm absolutely sure all the prefects have learnt something from the camp. I enjoyed the camp quite a lot.
